When the French vignerons Etienne de Montille and Rodolphe Peters scoured the West Coast to find a home for their new venture, they landed on a northern hillside in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA. They literally planted roots there in 2016 and launched the Racines label (meaning "roots" in French), starting by sourcing grapes from local vineyards while their own vineyard matured. At last, they recently released their inaugural 2023 bottlings of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the De Montille estate vineyard, and we are excited for you to try them! Who better to present these to you than the de Montilles themselves -- yes, Etienne and his son Louis will be visiting us from France to share these wines with you as well as some surprise French wines!

Join us for this truly unique tasting event on Saturday, May 16. Two seatings are available at 2pm and 4pm.
